Athletic Event Guidelines
All Lake Hamilton School District athletic events will follow the large indoor and outdoor venue guidelines set forth by the Arkansas Department of Health (ADH). View the guidelines here. Anyone over 10 years of age must wear a face-covering at all times. Single-household family groups can sit together but must be spaced 6-feet from other groups or individuals. Seating areas will be marked such that every other row is unoccupied. Any person attending an event on campus found to be not in compliance with the regulations set forth by the ADH will be asked to comply by an administrator or security officer. Gross or negligent violations by any persons attending will result in removal from the premises.
Capacity Information
All athletic venues will be operating under a reduced seating capacity to comply with the Arkansas Department of Health guidelines.
LH Wolf Stadium: 831 Home Side, 300 Visitor Side
LH Wolf Arena: 759
Junior High Gym: 200
Middle School Gym: 150
Pass Information
Due to capacity and seating restrictions, season passes will not be available for the 2020 seasons. No employee passes will be accepted for home athletic events. The only passes that will be accepted for home athletic events will be Arkansas Activities Association (AAA) passes. AAA passes will be honored with appropriate photo identification as long as the reduced venue capacity has not been reached.
Ticket Prices
Per game admission for all 7 - 12th grade athletic events is $5 per person.
7 - 12th Grade Volleyball
Tickets to all home 7 - 12th grade volleyball games will be sold at the gate on a first come, first served basis until the reduced venue capacity has been reached.
7 - 9th Grade & JV Football
Tickets to all home 7 - 9th grade and JV football games will be sold at the gate on a first come, first served basis until the reduced venue capacity has been reached.
Senior Varsity Football
The home side reduced seating capacity for LH Wolf Stadium is 831 people. Visitor side will be reserved for visiting team only. Tickets to all home senior varsity football games will be available online only.
Each week, the head football coach (Tommy Gilleran), head spirit coach (Tara West), head band director (Jon Shultz), and head JROTC (Ltc. Myra Sheperd) will receive an online ticket link and password for their respective groups. Each student in football, spirit, band, and those presenting the colors with JROTC will have the opportunity to purchase up to two tickets to the home game taking place on Friday online. Any additional tickets will be made available on the district Facebook page for purchase two days prior to the home game.
Away Games
Participants should check with their head coach regarding away game ticket procedures and allotments. Per the Arkansas Activities Association, band and spirit groups are not allowed to travel to away games until further notice.
Other Fall Sports
Participants in other sports during the fall should check with their head coach regarding home and away game procedures. All ADH guidelines must be in place at all events.
