OUR DISTRICT
The Lake Hamilton School District, located just west of Hot Springs National Park, is one of seven K-12 independent school districts in Garland County. Covering an area of 167 square miles, our district is an exceptional place to live, raise a family, and be part of a community dedicated to providing outstanding education to all students.
The Lake Hamilton community offers diverse housing options, including neighborhoods, lakefront properties, multi-family housing, and farm life. With such a variety of choices, finding the perfect place to call home in the Lake Hamilton School District is easy.
Our district serves approximately 3,900 students across six schools and employs around 450 staff members. Both the district and its individual schools have earned numerous national and state awards and distinctions in academics, arts, and athletics. Lake Hamilton is known for its small-town charm and strong community spirit.
We take pride in offering first-class learning opportunities while upholding our rich traditions and values. At Lake Hamilton, we are one pack with one purpose: our students' success!
All Lake Hamilton Public Schools are accredited by the Arkansas State Department of Education.
