junior high info - october

Dear Parents and Guardians,

I want to take a moment to thank you for your continued support and partnership this school year. October is a busy and exciting month for our school community, filled with many learning opportunities, events, and celebrations.

Our teachers and staff are continuing to build upon the foundation laid at the beginning of the school year, and I am excited to see the growth and progress each student is making. As always, we encourage you to stay engaged with your child's learning by checking in regularly, reviewing their progress in HAC, and communicating with their teachers whenever necessary.

You should have already received instructions from lhdatawolves.net to be able to log into HAC and reset your passwords if needing to.  If you need assistance please reach out to our registrar, Paula Wacaster by calling the school or emailing her at paula.wacaster@lhwolves.net. We will also have a table set up during parent-teacher conferences to assist parents with logging in.

October 28-Nov. 1, we will be celebrating Red Ribbon Week, an important initiative that promotes healthy, drug-free lifestyles for our students. Look out for more details on how you can participate in supporting this message at home along with spirit dress up days attached below for students to participate in!

Additionally, I want to remind you about upcoming parent-teacher conferences. These meetings are a great opportunity for us to discuss your child’s progress and any goals or concerns you may have. Parent-teacher conferences will be held October 15th and October 17th from 3:30-6:30 pm both days.  We will also be sending home interim progress reports during both nights.

Please click on the links below to view our October newsletter, how student grades are calculated, and information for Red Ribbon Week!

As always, please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions you may have and thank you for your continued support and partnership!
